I’ve also a ton of experience training people with a range of health issues including Parkinson’s Disease, chronic joint pain, arthritis and muscle imbalances.
In conjunction with kettlebells and free weights, my clients learn how to also master their own bodyweight through exercises such as press ups, squats, pull ups and even handstands.
The combination of resistance training and bodyweight training produces time and again the strongest, leanest and most conditioned gym members around.

Prices start at £10 per week for online programming when bought in a 12 week block. Online programming includes access to a web portal and mobile app which includes video and instructional support. You can also contact me at any point with any questions you may have through the in app messaging system. You can log your workouts, nutrition, measurements and update progress photos. We can both see the progress you are making and I can make adjustments if necessary.
For virtual sessions via zoom
My charges start from £35 per hour if booked as a block of 10 during off-peak hours. It includes the 60-minute session, access to my online portal and mobile app. Sessions are planned taking into account equipment you have and the goal you wish to work towards.
Face to face sessions start from £45 when bought in a block of 10 sessions and I operate out of the Gerrards Cross area. Sessions will be booked in on my app which you will also have full access to.
